As a utility-focused project for the South African church, we prioritize minimal data collection:

• Local Storage: Your "Favorite" hymns and "Recent" history are saved locally on your device. We do not upload this to our servers.
• No Registration: This MVP does not require user accounts or email registration.

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements to support the maintenance of this platform. Please note:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website.

4. PWA & Offline Functionality

This application uses Service Workers to cache hymn data. This allows for offline access (Cantate Dominum even without signal). All cached data remains on your physical device and is managed by your browser.

5. Your Rights (POPIA)

In accordance with South African law, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of any data we may hold. Since we do not store personal identifiers (like names or IDs), most data management is handled by you clearing your browser cache.
